Community meals

 

What is a community meal?

A community meal is a free or low-cost meal offered to everyone in the community. A community meal can be breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Community meals can be served at a permanent location, or can be served from a vehicle (i.e. a van or truck) at various locations in a community.

Community meals increase access to hot and fresh meals and support the development of new friendships in a community.
