Our annual Customer Survey is coming soon!

What you think matters!

Hume’s Annual Customer Feedback Survey is coming up soon. The survey takes less than 10 minutes and asks how you feel about your home, your neighbourhood, your tenancy and your personal wellbeing. Your feedback is anonymous, plus there’s $4,000 worth of Woolworths Gift Cards up for grabs!

The survey will be posted out to you from September 21st onwards, but you can also complete it online. We can even help you to complete it over the phone if that is easier.

Your feedback will help shape our services and how we can better support you! The more customers that complete the survey, the more we gain an understanding of what is important to you. 

We have copies of the survey available in English, Arabic, Assyrian, Spanish, and Chinese. If you need another language, call us and we can arrange an interpreter.
