Mental Health First Aid Training

Become a mental health chamption in your neighbourhood!
Join like-minded community members interested in helping others at this 2-day accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course. This is a subsidised course open to Fairfield residents, students, community workers and people living in surrounding suburbs.
Mental Health First Aid is the help you can provide to a person who is developing a mental health problem or is experiencing a mental health crisis. The course will equip you with the tools to manage a situation until someone receives professional treatment or their crisis is resolved.

Time: 9:30 am to 4pm
Costs: Local resident or student = $16
Communiry worker = $25
Lunch is included.

Hume accredited trainers will deliver the two day course.
