Hume is leading the way by creating customised property profiles that establish each customer’s needs.
We are reviewing each property profile alongside each individual customer’s needs, which may include battery back-ups for oxygen, CPAP machines, right through to improved accessibility for a customer who wants to spend more time in their garden.
Our team have just begun contacting over 600 SDA customers and SIL providers to collate this data and formulate 146 property profiles. Our team are utilising assistive communication technology to communicate with individual customers in a way they can understand.
Once completed in late June, the gap analysis will allow us to formulate a proactive strategy to address gaps, establish appropriate Service Level Agreements with contractors, and most importantly, improve the experience of homelife and maintenance that matters most for our customers.
